Farmer Outreach Committee of Food Sustainability Project             
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 01/2010 until 05/2010.

I was chosen to be the committee chairperson. Our plan is to develop a system of EBT implementation in Allegheny County for the local farmers markets.  Our committee is tasked with working with the local farmer community in this project.

The Lambda Foundation Scholarship Committee           
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA during 6/2009.

I worked with a group of Lambda board members and reviewed applications to their annual scholarship program.  I was the only previous winner of the scholarship on the committee.

The Lambda Foundation Annual Ball Committee           
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 04/2005 until 11/2005.

I worked with other board members to do outreach to the community in an effort to increase the visibility and reach of the annual fundraiser.  I specifically worked with a program that promoted the fundraiser to people under the age of 30.

The University of Pittsburgh Anti-Discriminatory Policies Committee           
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 12/2002 until 05/2004.

I was the only student on a committee made of faculty, staff, and administrators at the university.  I was chosen to sit on the committee, because of my work on the benefits policies at the university.

The League of Gay & Lesbian Voters Board of Directors           
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 11/2002 until 03/2004.

I worked with other board members to develop advocacy plans and educational materials for our members.

The Gay & Lesbian Voters Political Action Committee           
This was in Pittsburgh, PA USA from 11/2002 until 03/2004.

I worked on outreach to LGBT youth who were not registered to vote and worked to involve them in the political process.
